I was told I cant ask how much my pc is worth?
i am not wanting to sell it on the forums, i just want to know how much it is worth. i have been a long ocuk customer.

So may i ask what the rule is against asking how much my pc is worth?

Its just that the prcie check forum in the members market is the area reserved for that sort of thing

You can only ask in price checks forum in the members market, regardless if your selling else were or on these forums.

It stops sales being done outside the members market, whether it actually does or reduces chances, In the past MM has had a few problems and I believe this way was to help.

Don't quote me the above hopefully someone might be able to add a bit more.

not really, it's a benefit for being involved in the ocuk community - that's how i would see it. I've been a customer for several years also but have only just started to be able to contribute to forum discussions
