Hi

This is my current spec comp

Antec P160 Case
Nvidia 6800 Ultra 256Mbs
2 x 160Gb 8MB Cache SATA HDD
1 x 250gb 8Mb Cache SATA HDD
Audigy 2 ZS
2 x 512MB PC4400 Corsair Ram
Intel Pentium 3.4Ghz Northbridge
IC7 Max 3 Motherboard
Blue Power PSU (Cant remember make might be Antec)
2 x Nec DVD Re-Writers

I have no idea how much this is worth, so can you please just estimate how much I would get for it. This will give me an idea as I would not want to spend more then £500 extra on a new comp, and what type of comp would i expect for that?

cant give pricing on your system, it has to be in the members market

is £500 your maximum or is it £500 plus what you can get for your pc ?

This should really be in the price checks sub-forum, as a general rule I'd suggest somewhere between 1/2 and 2/3 of the current price new as a guideline. It might be worth splitting up the components to see if you can't gain a bit more for them, however it does mean you run the risk of being left with a few items.

If the PSU is called a Bluepower then Globalwin comes to mind as the possible manufacturer but I'm not sure entirely why. If it is simply a PSU with blue LEDs internally there are a few choices - Akasa and X-Pro being among them.
