Don't often post in here any more, but felt this had to be shared. If you like American food and food culture, or just lke really good, interesting food; you need to check out Prime Time.
Hosted by Ben Turley and Brent Young from The Meat Hook in Brooklyn, it had me hooked (sorry) from the first episode. The hosts are great fun and bounce off each other effortlessly, the featured chefs are all amazing (apart from the blood guy - didn't like him at all) and the food is simply sensational.
I challenge you to watch the Lamb episode and not want to eat something immediately.
