Prime95 and setting affinity

When you set the processor affinity in Prime95 for a dual-core chip, do you have to also set the affinity in Task Manager?

Because I'm running two instances of Prime95, both set to seperate cores, but Task Manager doesn't show them as being set to a particular core...

Which is right? Should I manually change this in Task Manager?

Rather than the original Prime 95, Im using Stress Prime 2004 which allows you to set the core its running on. Pretty good and easy to use.

My poor little Pentium D 805 is getting a hammering from it at the moment!
