Using prime for the first time to test the stability of an old pc that was blue screening.

Does prime just run until you stop it on default settings? or will it stop after a certain amount of time?

I'd like to leave it on overnight but if it stops 20 mins after i go to sleep it wont be much use :D

Thanks

ok thanks, when you do stop is there any kind of report? or as long as it's not crashed you assume it's gone fairly well :D?

Yes it'll stop with error (not entirely, only one core etc..) or BSOD if things are really bad lol. Easy way to monitor on a multiple cored cpu is to open task manager and view the cpu usage, if it drops to under 100% (like 87% etc..) then one or more cores likely stopped.
