@HecFam, I am also using CutePDF and using from last 2 years. I found it best as I have tried many other software also but it is simple than others and easy to use.
Ive used some other pdf software. But cutepdf seems to come in one simple download, others ive tried required additional plug ins, added watermarks and generally were a pain the ****.
It may not have all the bells and whistles, but cutepdf seems to do the job well.

Foxit is only a reader...
As previously mentioned CutePDF, but also PDFCreator is pretty good and can output multi-page tiff etc as well as PDF.
Another vote for Bullzip here!

PDF Creator is my favourite. Clean install app (no additional apps needed) and very lightweight.
