Printer problem

Having a problem with my epson stylus 880 colour.

When i try to print, it brings up the print window but shows no colour or black ink and gives no error. Tried printing in note pad, word and off the internet.

When i go into control panel, printers, right click the printer and select printing preferences, the ink levels are fine.

Tried a restart for the pc and the printer however this didnt help.

Any ideas?

Does your printer have onboard test page capabilities? If so, try that.

If not, try reinstalling the printer by deleting it and installing it again.

uninstall your epson software and reinstall it again, can be downloaded from epsons website.
