Printers?

Parents want a printer. Needs scanner and be able to print good photos. for upto £100 but iseally around £80. Also needs the seprate colour cartridges.

Now I know the pixma range is highly valued.
The mp540/mp610 look ideal

As does the
Epson Stylus SX205
Epson Stylus SX405

Is the only difference between those two epson the lcd screen?

Any one got anything to say about any of them.


Does anyone know how the cost of the ink cartridges and how much ink they use compare and I can't seem to find a scan resolution for the cannon.

I dont thing the pixma ip4500 is anything else other than a photo printer. If you are wanting an all in one then its the mp range in canons line up you need to be looking at. Not sure on the epsons though.
