Printing anything from the web results in a tiny image top left of paper, nothing else?

Posting on behalf of a friend. She's having issues with her HP 2050 All-in-one printer. If she prints anything from a Word doc it comes out perfectly well.

However if she prints something from an online source or even tries to print pictures from her My Pictures folder on her PC all she gets is a tiny version of what she wanted to print on the top left corner of the paper? Thoughts?

The printer is also randomly stopping in the middle of print jobs and refuses to start again. Then sometimes the next day even, the printer will suddenly burst into life and print the items from the previous day. Any suggestions welcomed!

Any ideas folks? Some folk are suggesting it could be a browser setting?

Check hp website for any updates to the software n drivers or try a reinstall of the old ones. Can't be the browser settings as it's doing it in my pictures also.

have a look through menu settings on printer and reset back to factory settings
