Printing Problems

Hi
I have a HP 100 MFP 175a Laserjet.
The drivers are downloaded from HP but every time i switch it off i have to reload them again to do another print.

Its connected via USB

hmmm.
That sounds painful and depressing....
i was hoping for a quick intelligent answer from a normal human being.

I would but I work with that many HP laser jets across the globe at work, it could be anything. I'm sure HP have a generic printing driver, its what we use for setting them up in SAP... try removing tjem and using CCleaner to make sure they're gone. Then try again.

also disable usb power saving via device manager>usb devices>usb root hub>properties. Do for each instance of usb root hub.
