oh yes we have escaped prison, only to end up in yet another prison, so realistic lol, i loved the first 2 seasons but yeah it got absolutely ridiculous in the final seasons.

teabag was a character you just love to hate, every time i see him in a movie now, i instantly hate him

Still, I quite like nonsense viewing.

I've watched season 1 & 2, I have 3 & 4 waiting to be watched but from reading the reviews here it looks as though I'd be better off creating a decent enough ending in my head

IMO , Defo watch all the way through just so you see where it Ends, you must watch the final break, story line is a bit weak but the will give you a no way man moment. worth it just for that alone.

To be fair, if you break out of prison you're more than likely to end up back in one.

I think the quality throughout is fairly consistent. However, PB suffered the same problem as many other shows, such as Heroes, Lost, Dexter etc. They become fairly fashionable so everyone watches, often when they normally wouldn't if the show wasn't so popular. Then the next big thing comes around and they move on and **** off the old show.

also have to agree with this, i gave up half way through season 4

and T-bag was the only one that could actually act, brilliant character

I was going to start watching it when I heard he would be in it but I never got around to it.

Nah, there was a noticeable dip with the third season. I've been watching them almost back to back on Netflix and it's quite jarring how ridiculous it all becomes in season 3, to the point that things that were shocking and surprising before now just seem routine. You start being able to see things coming a mile off because you've seen it happen for two season already, and any time they try to actually surprise you it's just ridiculously over-the-top.

Still decent enough entertainment, but not a patch on what seasons 1 & 2 achieved.

Finished all the seasons and the TV movie a few weeks back, season 1 was good, 2 was ok, 3 and 4 were so so at best.

Not my favourite series ever but you've started so you may as well carry on if you're enjoying it so far.
