Prison Break

Is this any good cause the amount of pimping that Chan 5 gives to it you would think that the ratings are poor for it.

TBH it's one of the best series I've ever seen. It easily matches my previous favourite, The Sopranos. The camera work, set design and acting is all of superb quality. The characters are well designed and fleshed out, and the plot has more twists and turns then anything I've seen to date.

It's very good. Moves along at a cracking pace, which is a welcome change from Lozzzzt.
 
You have to give it a bit of slack in terms of realism sometimes, but if you can do that then it's thoroughly engrossing.

That's exactly what I thought. A great antidote to the commitment you had to give Lost.
 
Cracking show. Noticed the hype from some us forums so decided to try it out. Obviously some of it is far fetched but then so is Lost and 24.
 
this show is totally great :)

got a couple of the guys from work into it and they can't wait for the next ep!

really interesting story and it's very well done as others have said.
 
in my experience they tend to split up seasons in the US. they've had a large break between the last Prison Break ep and the one which is out on the 20th, so they will just call it season 2 instead of the continuation of season 1.

id argue the plot aint as whacky as lost but i will agree that its one of the best series ive seen too!

Lol. Just a bit (!) far fetched. The scene where the tatoos "gradually faded" into the blue prints as he supposedly looked harder was well silly, they just drew some new lines over the old bits!

Still, all is forgiven as it's a damn entertaining show. :D
 
you mean there is going to be a second series.??

I was hoping that this series will draw to a conclusion.. why do they always have to drag things out to far..


I normally hate american drama but this is ok'ish.. i thought the recent prison riot was a bit of a diversion away from the main story tbh..
 
The writers had only planned for around 12/13 shows and that was supposed to have been it. But when it aired the viewers liked it so much that they decided to carry on, hence the unusually large break.
