Private Server for Ark PS4

I don't know if this should go here or on the console forums but here goes.

I want to hire a private server for me and a few mates to play Ark on the PS4, I have a 2nd PS4 but I have read that it can be a nightmare trying to run a set up like that so I would like to know if anyone has tried one of the many companies about and what do I need to provide them for this to work?
