Can anyone reccomend me a good starting line up/formation with the default players, in master league?

And when does the transfer market open?

The guys i have in my team at the mo are about as quick as a tortiose with no legs.
 
i have just the one question.... widescreen support? does it exist on the pc? 1440x900? i have a horrible hunch the answer is going to be no.... :( :p

also because my x800pro died the other day, i have to wait until the end of november to play..... :mad: (awaiting the x1950pro agp release :D)
 
no widescreen support for this. Lazy konami strike again. If i think about it, i'm really peeved about all the short-comings of the PC version, simply because they can't be bothered to optimise at all :rolleyes:

I played one game online and most of the stuttering was gone, but it was a bit laggy.

I wish this game had a decent lisence though, and as usual the title UI sucks balls.

It's an awesome game, it just always seems so badly polished, if that makes sense. The ATI thing is retarded though, why oh why did it go gold? Did they not test on an ATI card or something?

I found the stuttering was really bad for the first few mins but then fine for the rest of the games. I only played a few games though and haven't had the chance to load it up again to see if the stuttering starts all over again.

I think there was a very quick patch for PES 5 so hopefully we will see the same for PES 6.

Tried setting the program priority to high,stuttered badly for the first minute or so,then like you said,it seemed to ease off & was doing it less as the game wen't on,managed to play a full game for the first time today

Don't know if i can put up with it all the time though,really hope they throw out a fix soon

All the ATI users should be getting in touch with Konami ;) Screaming for a fix

I also cannot believe they haven't improved the time it takes to log in to the online servers, that was one of the most annoying things for me on PES5, and they haven't fixed it.

Are they becoming the new EA? Just releasing a new version because a year has passed?

Only got the PS2 version at the minute mate.

I should be getting my hands on the PC version pretty soonish though, so I'll let you know.
 
I find that after I play a full game from loading up the game, the stuttering seems to go away completely. Every game after the first is stutterless so no idea whats going on there :s. It plays really well, lots of nice passing and accurate passing yay! Long balls are more accurate too imo and loving the new animations, especially the both foot feint :D. Hoping for a quick patch though...

no surprise there. i'm not bothered about flashy graphics, but widescreen support should be an absolute must for any game released now. even my oldest game, gta3 from 2002 supports 1440x900 by default. :p
 
So who has tried this game with an nVidia Graphics Card?

Is there any stuttering?

Hopefully getting it Tomorrow! (If theres no stuttering with nVidia cards)

Oh yeah they are so poor! Their passes go 5 metres off target unless they're facing the player to pass to :mad:. You can check when it opens by looking at the calendar, thats how it was in PES 5, haven't done so in PES 6 yet...

I'll try and see what formation/lineup I can conjure up :D

I've been trying to get the same answer mate,on a couple of different forums,looks like an ATI problem from what i can gather so far though.

The customer support guy i spoke with earlier today confirmed that he knew of the problem with ATI cards only

Don't know if that helps you any though

Thanks Rob, I think I am going to have to wait till Christmas anyway.
 
Me too please Mr. Rob :D. It'll tide me over until PESfan release theirs for the pc :cool: . Email in trust too buddy!
