I ordered mine yesterday before 2pm for 17.99 and it arrived today

Now VSync is enabled, no tearing at all, thanks to the chap who told me it was in my control panel

Yep. Servers have been dropping for a lot of people at half-time. Might be ok if we start second half quickly like we did for the second game.
