Pro pics of my m3 (now with normal plate lol)(lots pics)

Nop, thats just what i was gave :) i think he adjusted for contrast a little as the day was literally grabbed between showers and a bit dull. The car really was mint for the images though, looked amazing. Still does suppose, sitting in the garage sense

Well the paint work is swirl and score free, properly. With careful washing the car will stay in great shape and only require a wax every once a while. An hour per outing could keep it in that shape :) Its not a everyday car

The whole idea of doing a thorough clean is so that you can spend the next few months just washing it normally. You'll be able to tell when it needs another wax by using your eyes!

I know the idea behind it, I did just gone through it but on average...its not going to be 10 days or 1,000 years is it?

Obviously driving it through the Sahara will be bad on the paint job with all that sand but surely one can give a rough/average figure based on experience?

3 months? 6 months? I am sure it is under a year.

Well he said his car isn't an everyday car so I doubt it'll be needing 20hrs to clean it every 3 months.

I'd say there is no need to 'detail' your car more than once a year unless you do mega mileage or the car picks up a lot of scuffs.
