Now when Asus announced their new ProArt Mouse MD301, I think this could be a lot better than MX4.
Lighter, 1000ms polling.

do they suffer from unstable polling rate?

I wish this was true but the MX4 just has better button layout and more of them too. Asus removed the wheel thing but just added 2 buttons which should have been there in the first place, would have liked more buttons and few other problems they should have addressed. I just feel like its such a conservative upgrade and not really solves the much of the problems with MD300.
