PROB: Browsing to certain domain

I am getting a strange problem.

I have my own domain and it is hosted by 34sp, I use it for my email also, in all I use

mail.mydomain.com
ftp.mydomain.com
www.mydomain.com

My connection is Pipex coming into a Belkin ADSL Modem/Wireless Router...going into a Laptop with a belkin wi-fi card and a desktop with a wi-fi card.

Each day I am unable to get to my email, ftp or browse to my domain, I have to reboot the modem,router and then i have access again...this happens at least twice a day.

I have no probs elsewhere on the net, I have 2 other domians but they are fine.

I have no idea what could be causing this.

Sounds like the router's DNS screwing up - guess your machines are using the router as a "DNS server"?
Set them (in the router's DHCP options) to directly use your ISP's DNS servers, and expect your problem should disappear.

they are already set in the routers DHCP

Output from ipconfig /all wouldn't go amiss either.
