Far too vague.

More RAM, defrag the hard drive, uninstall all the bloatware on the system and optimise as per the thread at the top of the software forum etc.

Simplest way is to format and reinstall.
 
ive just found out its because 2 of my sata drives aint working :S

the software keeps coming up with a error so im going to reinstall it but cant because when i go to install it gets to 0% and nothing :(
