Problem flashing sky router (utility program won't work).

I'm trying to flash my sky router as per the skyuser instructions. When I try and run the utility program this happens:

Every time I press next, that box stays over whatever the next page is. I can get to the last page but when I hit upgrade nothing happens. It seems to not be picking up the firmware in the folder as well, even though it is there. Do I have to change its name to anything in particular?

Any help appreciated!

have you done a reset of the router

Yeah, the lights are flashing and its all going as its supposed to be.

I had the same problem when I tried to do a recovery of my NETGEAR DG834. Had to take the router into work and use the computer there. Chipset compatibility issues no doubt. Have you got second pc, or a mate with a pc?

I can try it on my latop or my dad's pc. Cheers for that. I've been tearing my hair out trying to work out what was wrong with it!
