1. Are you sure it is not already running? Open up the Windows Task Manager, tap the 'Processes' tab and check for any Mozilla executables (I'm unsure what the executable is for Mozilla suite, I'm a Mozilla Firefox user myself). If you see one (e.g. mozilla.exe), kill it and try clicking the icon again.
2. I'm not sure about Mozilla suite, but this can happen with Firefox when your profile has gone bad. Go to Start >> Run and type in 'nameofmozillaexecutable.exe -p'. If it is anything like Firefox, that will fire it up without a profile, and will give you the option of selecting an existing profile (choosing your old one won't work if your profile is indeed caput, but the default one should be fine) or creating a new one.
