Problem or not?

Would this cause a problem if i was to get this:

Krypton Intel Core i7 950 3.06GHz @ 4.00GHz USB3/SATA 6Gb/s Overclocked Bundle - Gigabyte

and add in this:

Corsair Vengeance 12GB (3x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz Memory Kit CL9 1.5V Non-ECC Unbuffered
Do not link to competitors!

From looking at it they are the same speed and config so it shouldn't cause a problem right?

I would use the RAM from the bundle and also the extra 12GB RAM assuming it would cause no issues...?

The deals look so nice, just ashame most come with only 6GB RAM (3x2GB), i will give them a call when the time is right .
