Problem running GTA:SA

Hey, just downloaded this from Steam.

I'm running 64bit Edition Windows Vista, and I get to the second level and suddenly the game crashes. Every time I've tried same, result.

Any ideas why this is happening?

If you haven't already, try downloading the latest drivers for your graphics card.

Once you've done that, try running the game in Windows XP compatibility mode and see if that helps.

Another thing you could try, is checking the file integrity on Steam, and if all else fails, try reinstalling it from Steam. Sometimes games can screw up in the download process.
