Problem starting up my PC.

I bought a PC from overclockers about 5 months ago and not long ago everytime i try and start-up my monitor stays black saying no vga input, yet its all connected because after turning the PC off by the button 3 times on the 4th it comes on as normal. Im using the ATI 5830 card. Any Ideas?

So it is now working ? I don't see the issue

, although while it is working try and update all of your drivers + windows updates and such that will atleast rule those out.

Yeah it works after 3 times of me turning it off and on by the machine, ive just taken my card out and cleaned the slot etc, im pretty sure my drivers are up to date aswell.

I bought it with the CPU overclocked to 4.00ghz but the OC keeps being reset, i think its down to me having to turn it off by the machine and the PC thinks its an OC error and resets it :S
