problem that needs fixing quick

hey guys

i have removed a hard drive form a friends computer and now after i have put it in again it won't boot,

i have taken the hard drive to mine and boot as slave and shows up there just can't boot form it has anyone got any idea in what this could be

What happens when you try to boot from it?
