Problem With Call Of Duty 2

This problem Has only occured since i Re-Formatted My HDD.
Ive spoken to the owner of this server,and he says im not Banned From downloading Via His FTP.

Any Suggestions how i can Fix This?

have you enabled downloads in your settings?

Ye,ive also set my Call Of Duty 2 to run as Administrator But Not helped In the Slightest

reconfigured any fire walls since new hd format ? like windows firewall try disabling it.
