Can anyone help me with this?

With every video game i play with my KB-M combo i get a problem turning and strafing

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnSOE...&feature=inbox

I cant capture it on fraps but if you can see it heres it's a lot worse, i see it in every game without a gamepad, deus ex, e.y.e, battlefield, whatever the game i see it.

I cant say what it is, its like, strafing right or left and moving mose right or left causes props/walls and such to lag, regardless of vsync

Might of started happening today with the recent drivers (11.11) but i have no idea as i dont recall seeing it the other day (only screen tearing issues)

I dont remember seeing it before, all i ahve changed is turning hyper threading off (for bf3) and changing my pcs power thing so that it is not on any power saving.

I run a 6870, i7 2600 @ 3.4ghz and 6 gigs of ram and it's a problem with every game, the fps is always 60fps and its always there with vsynch on or off.

Can anyone help me with this?

I tried turning hyper therading back on but no help

Tried disabling mouse options, no help, tried using a different monitor, no help.

Im at an end here now :/

I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers (using the catalyst installer to remove em) and no help atall.

I hope anyone can help :)

I'm not sure what you're describing and your video doesn't work but it could be a loose connection in your mouse. Perhaps a small tear in the mouse wires that causes the mouse to turn off for a couple of milliseconds and then reconnect again.

I had that problem before but I'll need to see the video to be sure.

No, it is with EVERY game, and that particular game is E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy

Every game has this problem and it is starting to annoy me, i never had it before and it has randomly come along lately (today maybe)
and im stumped :/

I'm not sure but and I know you mentioned that your mouse and keyboard is fine but perhaps change USB ports for them or if wireless, change the battery or move the receiver closer to your peripherals.

By looking at the video, I've had this problem before and that's what fixed it for me. On the other hand, you could have a totally different problem.

Good luck with getting it fixed.

Tried that, unfortunatly it installed new drivers (getting my hopes up) then no help.

I dont know if its the mouse getting old, it does rarely crap out and not connect when the pc does, and its a really really REALLY cheap 5 pound mouse :/

Any more suggestions?

The first thing I thought when I read the thread title was "wireless keyboard, mouse, or both".

Do you have any wired devices you could try?

EDIT: May have misread.

BGR, How come this is only occuring or i have only noticed it today, it cant just be the mouse, its worked great for a while.

Mouse + keyboard are both wired, im ordering a Cyborg R.A.T 7 on friday but i dont know i didnt notice it just now on PAYDAY: The Heist or GTA San Andreas, i do notice it a bit on 4 aswell

Do you have two monitors hooked up to the card?

If not, it could either be the monitor, cable or drivers.

You may have to force Vsync on, but obviously you'll have to try out a newer mouse to try and avoid the mouse lag that you're getting.

What monitor are you using? You may need to decrease the refresh rate if it's an older one.

Tried that, this monitor is a hp2311x, only encountered probs today, tried using a diff monitor, diff cable and deleting drivers, for the most part i realised it isnt every game.

But it is a few, E.Y.E, Kane and lynch, maybe its a problem with the games, hl2 felt a bit off with vsync on but wheneveri turn vsync off i get such terrible screen tearing.

And i cant turn it on or i get mouse lag so i have to use a gamepad.

I cant force vsync in my card, doesnt make a difference,

So i dunno about that option
