hi everybody, I was wanderuing if you could help me

I received the game today from amazon and I can not play it in full screen. I have a 280gtx card and game always openes in a window at 1680x1050 resolution.

I have change drivers but without any result. Can somebody help me? Thanks!!

Locate shortcut to game, right click and slecet properties.
Navigate to Compatibility tab
Under the Settings heading, check "disable desktop composition"
Run the game!!
 
Or, If running Vista:

Disable Vista Aero by enabling Vista basic in Windows Color and Appearance options.

Run the game , set up graphics then you can re-enable Aero
 
I have different problem :p

When i press esc for the menu and then come out of the menu my screen spins to the left really fast. This also happens when i try to aim the gun. The spinning only stops if i move the mouse but by the time i'v done that i'm facing a different direction so it is impossible to aim lol

Has anyone had any problems like this, do you think reinstalling the game could help?

All drivers are up to date and I'm running a 8800GTS 512 with XP SP3 hope someone can help me as it looks like a really good game.
 
Alt enter works for me on a clean desktop, just press ''show desktop'' first before starting the game and then after it starts in a window, press alt enter...


A lot of games do this in Vista I have noticed ( Crysis warhead and CoH also come to mind), but never get any problems after Alt entering... I think it's in games starting in DX10.
 
The Dx10 problem is apparently related to graphics tablet programs running in the background, theres some sort of conflict. Disabling those services should allow you to run the game fine in Dx10.
