Unfortunately, as I said, I haven't used Nvidia cards for a number of years so my guess is as good as yours.
As long as you've set the output resolution to 1920x1080 then it should fit perfectly on the screen and be sharp and clear.
Unless someone comes along with specific advice about how to set things up in the Nvidia Control Panel you'll just have to have a play around with the settings until it looks right.
Try changing the scaling to something other than 'No Scaling' as that was only my best guess.
If you look at page 3-16 of the User Manual there's an option for 'Image Size' make sure that it's set to 'Auto' though this shouldn't matter as long as you're outputting an image at 1920x1080.
