Problem with installing xonar soundcard.

Hey guys, I bought an Asus xonar DGX 5.1 soundcard. Installed it into my motherboard, however when i boot up my pc, theres no output to my monitor.

I uninstalled the soundcard, and my pc boots up fine but it boots up to a message saying "BIOS Configuration has failed, boot up default configuration etc.."

Any suggestions?

Which slot did you fit the card into?

Shouldn't make any difference (standing by to be corrected) as to which slot, but I personally would add it to the smally PCI-Express slots, and not the full sized ones

Yeah, tried both slots still did not work. Ive updated the BIOS also, still no fix.

Plugged it into a different slot and it worked fine.

Ahhh, doesn't work on 2 of my slots which are accessible, all the other slots I have my gfx card is blocking them :/
