problem with k800i?:S

my GF has been trying to call my k800i today (its o2) and for some reason i dont have ANY missed calls or anything :S?

any ideas?

yeah i have a similar problem when someone rings and i miss the call the phone does nothing at all to indicate that i have missed a call. There's also a problem with my call historry. it says that the last time i called someone was october the 31st!!! Obviously it wasn't as i make regular phone calls. I'm on contract should I contact my provider (dot-mobile - i'm a student)

I have a silver k800i also on o2. you need to delete all your call logs.

To correct this problem, go to calls (make sure ALL is displayed), more, delete all and Yes.

This should solve your problem as I had the same problem.

If what hittman suggested does not work, then upgrade the firmware. That'll sort you out

The SEUS (SE Update Service) program can be downloaded from the SE website. You plug your phone in via the supplied USB cable and SEUS will download new firmware from from the net and load it onto the phone.

Follow all the instructions carefully, it's easy to miss things. And as with all flashing, make sure not to interrupt the update process in any way, as this will permanently kill your phone.
