problem with logitech support(help needed if u have dealt with them before)

ok so i sent logitech a mail a while ago requesting new glide pads for my g500 mouse because they have worn out. They sent me a confirmation e-mail of delivery 2 days ago.

Problem is the address does not have my house number on their so there is no way ups can deliver it. I've contected logitech again and they said unfortunately they cannot send them out again.

I have recieved no tracking number via e-mail, but i have been on the ups site to try and find it via other methods but no joy, does anyone know if logitech use shipping references for UPS so i can try find it that way.

UPS said unless i have a tracking number they cannot get it directed to my house even due to the obvious mistake.


any help would be appreciated
 
Would seem your only option is to get back on to Logitech and ask for the details that UPS require, as otherwise you won't receive the items.
 
surely you can just find your local ups office and explain the issue to them, go to their site and chuck in your postcode
