Problem with my case

So i'm assembling a new build but i'm a bit confused with my case.
It's a BitFenix Merc Alpha Gaming Case. The problem is it only has two motherboard standoff screws.
I can't figure out how i'm supposed to get my motherboard on safely without it contacting the other 'dimples' ( i've seen them described as).
Why on earth would there only be 2 standoffs? I'm just assuming i'm doing something wrong here.
Otherwise this case is going to get a pretty scathing review on OcUK.

Has anyone else made a build with this case?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ah ok, so i just screw straight into the raised areas?
There would be no risk of shorting the motherboard due to the contact?
Sorry if these questions seem stupid, i've never encountered this type of layout in a case before.

Fit the IO shield plate first, and I bet if you then fit the board to the case all the sockets line up.
