OCuk said it was working for them when i spoke to them on the phone and theres even a screenshot on the desktop of it working. But i plug everything in and i get nothing the fans all spin and the lights are on but no signal am starting to wonder what it is that im doing wrong lol.
mobo is a msi z68A-g45(g3)
any help wud be immense
thanks in advance

try disableing on board graphics or as stulid says have you connected it properly

Or you could run with the onboard graphics, boot up windows and see if the card is recognized in windows if everything is plugged in. What's the make/Model of your PSU?

ive tried all those things the card dosnt show up anywhere, the onboard works fine but no sign of the gtx 570 anywhere

all connectors are plugged in psu is a ocz 650 ocz ZS SER/ES

Maybe if you say where you live someone might be super helpful and offer to test it also?

the guys at tech support said it worked when they had it so im at a loss to why i cant get it to work. I mean im not a total pc noob ive been through the bios settings had me m8 round whose a pc technician and he cudnt figure it out either. if anyone else has had this problem and resolved it id like to hear from them :D

Sounds silly here, but with mine this issue was because my monitor couldn't support the native resolution it was set at. Maybe you should try putting the computer into safe mode and see if you get a picture, If you are not even getting display at POST startup then it could either be a seating issue or your PSU is not supplying enough juice to the card.

thanks for the input but like i said tech support said it was working fine for them so i dont think its the psu according to them everything is hand picked for compatibility

What is the monitor?

I had serious issues with a hazro monitor that just wont work without a second monitor to hold it's hand!!!

the monitor is some 17 inch lcd i have no idea what make it is it came with a pc world machine bought a few years back. tried safe booting and still nothing T_T
