Have to say that Phanteks did sent me a replacement cable after i contacted them. They only asked a copy of the invoice and i received the cable within a few days with priority mail. So am quite happy with their customer support
emailed them about splitter this morning, had reply within hour, and confirmation sending splitter + PWM adaptor within an hour of sending them invoice.
