Problem With RAID/SATA Drivers

I've got 2 SATA drives, but I can't get XP (SP2) to see the secondary drive. If I go into the device manager or the BIOS, they are both there. I've tried to install the RAID drivers but nothing seems to happen. I've loaded the drivers onto a floppy disk, rebooted, press F6, selected the floppy drive, but then it just boots XP normally without doing anything.

Motherboard: Asus P5K Pro (P35)

Solutions?

if it sees them in device manager, then either they're not formatted in disk management, or their drive letters are being used by mapped network drives

At last!

I went into disk management to play around with the drive letters, but found I just needed to "import" the disk. :o

Been trying to see this drive for several hours now. Love you long time bledd. :p

format it as ntfs, primary partition

if it's a new disk, don't choose 'quick format' it'll take a while, but will do a full disk check on it
