Problem with ram?

I have Corsair XMS3 DHX 2x2GB http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-154-CS RAM installed, but Windows freezes after few minutes, If I remove one of the modules Windows 7 runs perfect, but when I scan my ram for errors there is none, i use memtest86 to test with.if I boot into Safe Mode, Windows does not freeze.

Do you have enough power going to them? what make, model & size is ur PSU? do you other hardware running that is taking all the power?
