Problem with resolution asus 4850 and belinea '22 monitor

Hi ,
I bought today new graphic card asus 4850 512 mb, and i have monitor Belinea 2225S1W 22" with max resolution 1650x1050 ( on old bfg 8800 gts i used that resolution) but now with new asus the max i can choose 1600x1200 wchich is strange becouse resolution 1600x1200 is non preset mode and i can work only on 1440x900. The screen is blur and i'm not happy at all.
I installed as well last drivers 8.9 but nothing happen.
What i can do with this?!?

Probably not detected the monitor properly. Try removing it in device manager and rebooting.

1680x1050 works fine on my Dell 2005FPW and Sapphire 4850 using the Cat 8.9's.

nothing change the screen is still blur and i can work only on resolution 1440x900. Not happy with ati, nvidia much better!!!

More likely it's an Asus problem or duff DDC data from the monitor. You tried the other DVI connector?

yeah maybe i step too fast, idon't wanna blame ati but you know i just bought new card i paid some money and i want everything works nice. With nvidia before just plug,install and that's it. now i swap dvi connectorn still the same, i try now different drivers(8.8) maybe help.

ok everything sorted, wrong drivers. 8.8 fixed the problem. Thanks for help anyway.

Was gonna say, you shouldn't have a prob, I have same monitor on 4850's and havn't had any probs with res.
