problem with wii

well ill get on the phone to reggie tomorrow haha :) hopefully they can replace it by the end of the week, and ill be a happy bunny

They should replace it. If they tell you that you HAVE to deal with Nintendo then they are wrong.

just so people know, the return time is 1 and half weeks.... im just hoping it comes back before xmas *crosses fingers*

This would be all well and good but over the weekend, I doubt there will be many if any spare units about to swap with. I think the store were probably giving you the best advice as Nintendo will have the quickest turn around for a few days or weeks untill stores have stock.

The two best options are to ring Nintendo and see what there swap oover is or get a refund and hold out for a few days, weeks will stock is here.

the store were giving you the best advice - in order to hit their own targets/objectives.

he stated above that the store had the product in stock, but they didnt want to swap it over. this would allow them to sell an additional unit and contribute towards /revenue/attach targets etc.

but nm whats done is done
 
Mine seems to lose all connectivity between the Wiimotes and *** Wii yesterday, seemed to kick back in after we turned off a laptop that had been on all of the time. Slightly strange.

Sounds like the wireless was playing about with it. try changing the wireless channel.
 
my wii has been sent off now, should be with nintendo before 1pm tomorrow.... time to cross fingers and hope they get it back to me before xmas

my wii was sent today.... rang nintendo up and they were like left here yesterday, and then they checked to see where it was and it has left the nottingham depo this morning :D

im rather happy
 
Hold on though, is it actually on it's way to you today, or on it's way to your local depot today? Bearing in mind it probably wouldn't get delivered tomorrow if it's the latter.
