Problem with windows 7 updates...

For the last week or so. Every time I shut down my pc, it states installing updates. Then when i restart the pc, the caution sign is on the shut down and states updates needs to be installed.

So its an never ending loop.

Tried to search for fix's but cannot find anything...

Any help please?

Did you try installing the updates by going to; control panel > Windows Update and then click install update? Sometimes my updates dont install when I use the shut down method.

I know it sounds dumb but is the boot partition out of space? I had this for a while before I realised I was being dumb and only letting my windows install have 30GB of space

Nah got plenty of space. It seems to have worked manually installing.

So will keep an eye out

I think what I did was while I was on I restarted the computer and it worked, after a few weeks of it installing the updates everytime I shut down the PC on an evening.

Maybe.
