Problem with Word or printer?

I spent 2 hours today, trying to sort out a problem with word.

The problem is when you try and print out a document in landscape it only prints out half the page.

It gives me an error message first saying something about the margin being outside of colum 1 or something?

but if i send the document to the printer next door it doesnt give an error message and prints fine. So is this not word and the printers fault? its a HP laser jet.

If i preview on the printer in the room its messed up, but if i preview with the printer next door its fine. I came to the conclusion it was the printer?

Any ideas??

Yes, it sounds like it is a problem with the printer or the printer driver software rather than Word. Are you sure you have the correct printer driver software installed to print from the printer in the room?

Im not 100% sure as its at work and its in HR. The said it used to work, so i thought maybes someone changed some seetings in word, but it prints fine on the printer next door.
