Problems connecting Wii to the internet

hey guys, purchased myself a Wii on tuesday and loving it! only problem is I cannot connect it to the internet. Im using a wireless connection and when its testing it, it fails and I get an error code. I haven tried the trouble shooting methods on their website but nothing has worked. Can anyone one help me?

I had a problem once which was down to my router being in "mixed mode" so it accepted both B and G... if I switched it to one or the other it worked fine. The other day I switched it back though, and it's been fine since, so not sure why it wasn't working.

Might be something to try.

ps - what's the error number?

error number is 51330

changed the wireless channel to 1 on your router

also make sure you are trasmitting in Wireless B or Mixed transmission, i had the same error code until i switched my linksys router to mixed.

i am on wireless channel 1. how do i change the transmission to transmit in B ? :S

i figured it out, the transmission was called 54G LRS :S it works now anyways thanks for the help guys
