Hi Guys,

I've got an old Dell laptop running XP that just won't connect to a WEP wireless network, it's currently using WPA but I need to change this to WEP use my DSi. No matter what I seem to do, the wizard just won't run again and change the settings.

Any suggestions or people who have had similar problems and found a solution that doesn't involve a format?

Thanks,

Mark

Try;

Control Panel - Network Connections - Right click wireless; Properties - second tab 'Wireless Networks' and yours should be in the preferred networks box - click on it then click properties - Then a load of options come up like the wireless password, WEP/WPA.

:)

Thanks, but I managed to sort it by changing the SSID for the network and getting the wizard to run again. But thanks for info, I'll take a look.
