Problems getting on steam?

Hello, just wondered if any other people are having trouble connecting to steam or if its just me, i can't even get on the website, ive tried on my laptop (to access website) and still no go.

its been like this since 6:30 now, so i want answers (and to play bioshock)

cos it had the most people viewing lol, thought i would get some quick responses. im gettin bioshock withdrawals lol

ive tried getting on on my other machine and get the same error and ive rebooted my router aswell and nothing, grrrr

what do you think the problem could be?

my old pc is running xp home sp2 and my main is vista ultimate 64, both give the same error, and i have no problems connecting to any other net service, apart from therir website too.

if thats the case its not gna get fixed till 2moro then
