Hi.. I have 2x 1TB 960 Evo M.2 SSD drives and I have been having problems installing Windows 10 on them when they are set up as a RAID 0 Array..
In the BIOS I've set them up in a RAID0 config by disabling the CSM etc.. The two drives now show up in the BIOS as one in a RAID0 set up .. But when I try to do a fresh Windows install no Raid 0 drives show up in the Windows install process.. I have tried installing Windows 10 on a spare SATA drive and updated the firmware on both the M.2 SSD drives and formatted them.. They even show up in that installed Windows 10 as a RAID 0 Array when configured..
But soon as I try to install Windows 10 on them I can't find the RAID 0 Array.. I've also tried putting a number of different drivers on a USB stick to see if that helps find the RAID 0 Array but no joy..
Cheers for an any help

You may need the raid drivers on a flash drive if windows is not detecting the drive. When it get to the picking a drive page there is an option to load drivers.

I sorted it cheers .. It was due to both the drives where not format and allocated etc. . Once I got them to the same state the RAID driver loaded and windows installed ..
Something simple can cause such a headache ..
