Hi, my windows vista ultimate install has now decided to give up the ghost, appears to be a problem with the login screen. It's now blank etc and wont launch into windows at all, I tried putting a new install of vista on my spare HD ( 160GB Raptor ) but when I get to the install screen ( takes forever getting to this screen ) it only appears to show 8GB?
would there be something wrong with this HD? it showed up ok on the old OS but won't at all now, it appears ok on the bios screen aswell - any help would be appreciated as this is doing my head in. My Main Drive is a Raptor X
using a Asus maximus II motherboard, tried different SATA ports etc same outcome
