Problems... PC Automatically Turning off

ok so I downloaded the prog and set it up with my usual res etc.. that I use whilst gaming... but i'm not sure for how long to leave it running....?? any ideas on how long should it be left working? is overnight good?
 
Hmm k so I left furmark running overnight... other than a hot ( :P ) pc it's still running fine :/ Am I missing something or what? cos my pc seems to run all benchmarks/stress tests k but when it comes to gaming all it does is /fail !!
