Problems since Windows Update

Last time I used my PC, was about a month ago. Come back, turn it on and all is well. I shut it down and a Windows update goes off and then successfully shuts down.

Next morning, I turn on the PC, and no OS is found. I connected my SSD again and that seemed to fix the problem. Now my Ducky Shine 3 disconnects every now and again, and while that happens, and it reconnects, the PC will freeze for a brief moment.

Any solution to this?

One possible cause of this is USB Selective Suspend.

Disabled in power options since fresh intsall.

Okay now, when im typing, itll randomly keep typing my last character for about 1 second. So if I last pressed "a", it'll type something like this "bananaaaaaaaaa".
Still think the system freezes and then unfreezes showing what is typed.
