Problems with Asus monitor

Hey all.

I was wondering if anyone had any contact details for Asus other than the customer service number of 01442 265 548 or an email address?

I have been trying in vain for two weeks to get a screen replaced, and it has not gone well.

Back and forth with support, 2nd line that has been useless, replacement screen finally sent which had a broken bezel, and now no ETA on another replacement

Anyone had any previous dealing with them that might have any suggestions?

Sorry, should have mentioned that.

Yep, but it seems the first line support is no good.

Last person I spoke to basically said there was nothing she could do now that it has been passed to someone else.

She told me I even couldn't speak to her directly again cause calls in the call centre can't be transferred to specific people!
