Problems with bottoms

Why is it that when someone has a "Bottom problem" it is generally always funny? I don't obviously mean any kind of cancer. I cant think of another part of the body which if you have a problem with, its funny.

Maybe because I am childish.
 
Think it might be to do with the name they give the most common problem, piles or hemeroids which gets turned into asteroids when people say they have big ones. One funny as hell one though from fist hand experience was going into a chemist in Majorca with a friend of mine he was trying to get antibiotics as he had warts in the lower region. As he was trying to explain his problem to the guy in the chemist who spoke no english or very little me and the other guy whith him were crying with laughter. He wanted to buy antibiotics as he did not want to go to the doctors back in england. It was so funny him pointing at his lower parts and trying to explain warts to the chemist. The antibiotics did not work either so he put himself through it for nothing.
